Roller door DS300
DS300 was developed for large doorways and is available in sizes up to 5 m in height and 5 m in width, however not exceeding a total area of 10 m² for locations with normal wind loads. It is highly suitable for protection against draught, dust and odour.
The door is available in stainless steel, which makes it 100% hygienic – and the stainless finish also meets the strictest requirements in the food industry.
Roller door DS700
DS700 is an outdoor roller door designed to offer maximum speed and reliability in all conditions and meets all the special requirements made on the food industry and the pharmaceutical industry. In the standard version, this door can withstand wind loads up to 18 m/sec. Additional wind protection which increases the door’s wind resistance to wind class 3 is available as an option.
Roller door DS320P
DS320P is developed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry where hygiene and reliability are paramount. It is 100% cleanable with no hidden cavities or edges that gather dirt. It is constructed so that the water runs off. Everything that has to be cleaned can be cleaned. The rest is encapsulated to shield it from contact with the surroundings. Furthermore, DS320P is built to withstand the excess pressure that is created in the pharmaceutical production to ensure a clinical environment.
DS800 rapid roller freezer door
DS800 was designed specifically for use in freezer rooms, where high insulating capacity and roll speed can save energy. It features a door cloth specially developed to prevent the cold escaping. At the same time, the cloth offers good resistance to wind loads. DS800 is equipped with a special sealing system which ensures that cold and hot air do not meet and form condensation and ice.
